中原地產大埔嵐山分行經理楊頌堯表示，分行最新錄大埔中心4座低層B室，單位實用面積313平方呎，建築面積433平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$1.3萬，議價以$1.23萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$39.3。

據了解，新租客為一名單身人士，本居於外區，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，位置方便工作，即決定租入單位自用。據了解，業主則於2024年以$324萬購入上址，是次租出單位可享約4.6厘租金回報。
