大埔上然第二期收票8380張超額認購逾64倍創佳績

大埔上然第二期將於本周六（29日）首輪公開發售128伙，該項目在周五（28日）結束收票程序後，發展商公布累計收到8,380張認購票，成為今年新盤首輪收票量次高，超額認購達64倍以上。

相比同系早前推出的上然第一期，第二期的認購反應更為熱烈。第一期於本月中首輪公開發售時，錄得7,418張認購票，而第二期多收了962張，升幅約13%。今年截至目前，首輪收票量最高的項目為嘉里建設旗下元朗十八鄉路朗天峰，其於2月錄得逾1.4萬票。

上然第二期首輪推出的128個單位實用面積介乎246至723平方呎，折實價錢由267.2萬至990.6萬元不等，折實每平方呎價錢由$9,907至$14,830，平均為$11,863。
