大埔上然第二期今上載樓書供682伙主打1房2房

萬科香港旗下大埔住宅項目上然，今日（21日）上載了第二期的樓書，提供682伙單位，戶型涵蓋開放式至三房，以1房和2房單位為主打，佔整個項目超過七成。

上然第二期包括3座住宅大樓，即第1座、第6座及第7座，其中第6座採用L型設計，兩側各設10伙單位，配備3部升降機。

第二期將提供682伙單位，實用面積從246平方呎至797平方呎不等。1房單位有261伙，2房單位則有260伙，3房單位則有96伙，另有53伙特色單位，包括26伙連花園或平台，以及27伙頂層並連天台。

最小面積的單位為第6座1樓C6室，開放式間隔，實用面積246平方呎；而最大的單位則是第1座19樓A1室，3房間隔，實用面積797平方呎，連394平方呎的平台及834平方呎的天台。

萬科香港董事總經理周銘禧表示，此期數首次推出Sky Deck，有多款戶型間隔，適合單身貴族、夫婦或有小孩的家庭，預計將於短期內正式開售。
