中原地產 - 侯惠良經理表示，節日氣氛漸濃，交投平穩，大圍區本月暫錄約13宗成交，其中居屋雲疊花園佔1宗成交，屋苑最新錄5座高層D室，單位建築面積667平方呎，實用面積593平方呎，3房間隔，開價約$498萬，日前議價後以居二市場價$490萬易手，實用平均呎價$8,263。

據了解，新買家為用家，見單位價錢合理，間隔合用，即購入單位自用。原業主於1999年以$146萬購入單位，持貨約26年，是次沽出單位帳面獲利約$344萬離場，單位期內升值約236%。
