大圍金禧花園議價後以$490萬易手單位升值約1.4%

中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，日前促成大圍金禧花園6座低層A室，單位實用面積340平方呎，建築面積463平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$550萬，日前議價後以$490萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$14,412，累減約$60萬。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見屋苑位置方便，配套完善，單位間隔合用，即把握機會入市單位自住。原業主則於2015年以$483萬購入單位，持貨9年，現轉手賬面獲利約$7萬離場，單位升值約1.4%。
