世紀21奇豐物業沙田豪宅分行區域經理李仕明表示，新近錄得大圍瑞峰花園成交，單位為6座高層A室，實用面積1,521平方呎，屬4房間隔，眺望開揚市景，叫價$2,080萬，終減價$221萬以$1,859萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$12,222。

據了解，原業主於2003年5月以約$470萬購入上址，持貨20年至今沽售，賬面獲利$1,389萬，單位期內大幅升值近3倍。
