中原地產-劉國龍經理表示，財案公布後，大市明朗化，交投步伐加快，沙田及大圍區本月暫錄約25宗成交，其中溱岸8號佔約2宗成交，屋苑最新錄3座高層F室，單位實用面積508平方呎，建築面積668平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$950萬，議價後以$900萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$17,717。

中原劉國龍指，新買家為區內客，感屋苑交通方便，配套完善，單位高層開揚，即入市單位自住。據了解，原業主於2012年以約$663萬一手購入單位，持貨約13年，是次易手賬面獲利約$237萬離場，單位期內升值35.7%。
