中原地產-霍栢雄經理表示，租盤需求持續高企，大圍柏傲莊剛錄2期5B座中層D室，單位實用面積521平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$2.85萬，日前議價後以$2.75萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$52.8。

中原霍栢雄指，新租客為新加坡專才，見屋苑位置交通方便，環境舒適，樓齡新，價錢亦屬合理，即決定租入單位自住，方便工作。據了解，業主於2020年以$1,099萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約3厘租金回報。
