該單位實用面積521平方呎，屬2房間隔，開價$2.85萬，議價後以$2.75萬租出。新租客為新加坡專才，因屋苑交通方便、環境舒適、樓齡新，且租金合理，遂決定承租自住。

據了解，業主於2020年以$1,099萬購入單位，按現時租金計算，回報率約3厘。
