中原地產新界東豪宅御龍山第一分行副分區營業經理周家傑表示，近期整體交投氣氛向好，大圍區本月暫錄約44宗成交，柏傲莊佔約7宗成交。最新錄得二期7A座高層C室，單位實用面積454平方呎，兩房間隔，座向北，望開揚景，開價約$1000萬，議價後以$980萬沽出，實用平均呎價約$21586。

中原周家傑指，新買家為同區用家，見屋苑交通方便、環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即決定入市單位自住。據了解，原業主則於2020年以$1010萬買入單位，持貨4年，是次易手蝕讓約$30萬離場，單位期內貶值約3%。
