美聯物業 - 羅航星經理表示，市場憧憬財案公布後樓市向好，買家加快物色筍盤。大圍名城 3期盛世剛錄得一宗成交，單位為2座低層ND室，實用面積757平方呎，3房套連儲物房間隔，最終以$1,180萬連租約易手，實用呎價約$15,588。

據悉，原業主於今年1月以約$1,300萬放售物業，近期成交加快，買家看好後市，即使無樓睇下仍決定入市。業主最終累減約$120萬或近1成成交。原業主於2012年3月以約$882.6萬購入單位，持貨約12年，現轉手帳面獲利約$297.4萬，升值約34%。
