世紀21奇豐-李仕明經理表示,該行新近促成大圍名城3期盛世5座中層NB室成交,實用面積961平方呎,屬4房連套房間隔,座向西北望市景,以$1,460萬成交,實用面積平均呎價$15,193。

據了解,原業主於2012年5月以$943萬購入上址,持貨13年至今沽售,賬面獲利$517萬,單位期內升值55%。
