埔樂賢居高層3房連套$750萬獲承接單位升值約34%

中原地產雲匯分行市務經理張少聰表示，大埔樂賢居最新錄本月首宗二手成交，分行新近促成高層3房連套房D室，單位實用面積608平方呎，建築面積827平方呎，放盤時開價約$775萬，日前雙方議價後以$750萬易手，實用平均呎價$12,336。

據了解，原業主於2016年以$560萬購入單位，持貨6年，是次沽出單位賬面獲利約$190萬離場，單位升值約34%。
