喜漾1座低層1房議價後決定以$620萬易手

香港置業西九龍深水埗分行區域董事方文偉表示，該行剛促成一宗喜漾1房戶買賣成交，售出單位為喜漾1座低層E室，實用面積約397平方呎，屬1房間隔，座向西北望開揚市景，原業主以約$625萬放盤，經議價後決定以$620萬買入價易手，實用呎價約$15,617。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年8月以約$620萬購入上述單位，原業主帳面平手，惟計及使費需要損手離場。
