美聯物業產-黃育強經理表示，成交單位為南昌站匯璽7座中高層D室，實用面積約528平方呎，屬2房套間隔，外望海景。據悉，買家為投資客，心儀屋苑樓齡新簇，單位間隔實用，享優美海景，見同類型單位月租約$3.5萬，租金回報約3.4厘，收租回報佳，故斥$1,246萬承接單位作收租之用，實用面積平均呎價約$23,598。

參考成交資料，原業主於2019年10月以約$1,437.1萬購入上述物業，持貨約6年，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$191.1萬，或約13.3%。
