南昌匯璽8座低層1房戶月租$20,000 回報約3.1厘

香港置業西九龍宇晴軒分行助理分區董事謝正表示，匯璽鄰近南昌站，交通便利，向深受用家歡迎。該行日前促成一宗該屋苑1房戶租務成交，新租客斥1.85萬承租，實用呎租約$52.9。

上述租出單位為匯璽8座低層F室，實用面積約350平方呎，屬1房間隔，向東北。謝正稱，業主以約$2萬放租約後獲外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以1.85萬元租出，實用呎租約$52.9。據悉，新租客為單身客，由於舊租客尚未遷出，故在無樓睇的情況下仍決定承租上述單位。

資料顯示，業主於2019年10月以約$727.9萬購入上述單位，以現時的租金水平計算，業主可享回報約3.1厘。
