中原地產奧運站瓏璽第一分行首席分區營業經理王秉義表示，日前促成南昌匯璽3期5B座中層C室，實用面積362平方呎，採1房間隔，望內園及少海景，日前以$765萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$21,133。

中原地產王秉義指，新買家為上車客，本於同區租樓，見屋苑交通方便，議價後感吸引，即決定把握施政報告公布前偷步入市作新居。據了解，原業主於2018年以約$852萬購入上址，持貨5年，是次沽貨賬面蝕讓$87萬離場，單位期內蝕幅約10.2%。
