南昌凱德苑議價後以$440萬易手實用呎價$11,609

香港置業西九龍匯璽分行高級聯席董事林軒霆表示，該行日前促成南昌凱德苑高層07室，實用面積約379平方呎，向東南，原業主以約$480萬放租後吸引新買家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$440萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$11,609。據悉，新買家心儀單位環境清靜，而且交通便利，故睇樓2次即決定承租。

資料顯示，原業主2020年8月以約$308萬購入上述單位，原業主帳面獲利約$132萬離場。
