北角DIVA中層2房戶$1,034萬易手物業升值約3%

美聯物業北角豪宅組北角匯分行高級營業經理謝國安表示，該行剛促成北角DIVA一個493實呎戶成交，該行剛促成的DIVA為中層C室單位，為兩房及開放式廚房間格，實用面積約為493平方呎，屋苑旺中帶靜，而且原業主叫價吸引，故獲外區用家垂青，單位叫價亦由$1,050萬減至$1,034萬易手，折合實用呎價約為$20,974。

原業主於2014年3月份以約$1,002.7萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$31.3萬，物業升值約3%。
