北角電器道DIVA中層2房戶成交價$1,034萬減幅逾一成

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交位處北角電器道DIVA，物業中層兩房C單位，單位實用面積約493平方呎，成交價$1,034萬，實用呎價約$20,974，成交價較上月低層同類單位的成交價再跌2.5%，較業主原叫價$1,150萬，減價$116萬，減幅逾一成。

據了解，原業主於2014年3月以約$1,003萬一手向發展商購入單位，持8年帳面僅升值約3%，扣除釐印費等轉售成交，一手業主幾近平手離場。
