北角縉景臺1座高層2房戶以$650萬成交

美聯物業北角柏景臺分行聯席區域經理曾有聰表示，該行剛促成北角縉景臺一個420實呎戶成交，剛成交的縉景臺為1座高層C室單位，為2房間格，實用面積約為420呎，建築面積約為628呎，而屋苑位於木星街，旺中帶靜，而且原業主叫價吸引及減價，故同區用家見市況回調，趁機會入市，並以$650萬成交，折合實用呎價約為$15,476，建築呎價約為$10,350。

原業主於2006年10月份以約$263萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$387萬，物業升值約147%。
