北角百福花園3房$666萬獲承接持貨8年帳面損失$87萬

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，新近成交是北角百福花園百佳閣高層A室，單位實用面積約606平方呎，屬3房單位設計，望向東南翠綠山景單位，新近獲買家以$666萬承接，實用面積平均呎價低見$10,990，原業主約於1個月前仍以$790萬高價放售，最終大幅減價$124萬成交，大幅減幅約15.7%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2015年5月以$753萬購入單位，持貨8年帳面損失$87萬，期間跌價11%。
