北角百福花園3房改2房減價$30萬至$520萬沽

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角百福花園百勝閣高層D室，單位實用面積約606平方呎，原則屬3房現已改為2房設計，望向西南樓景單位，新近獲買家以$520萬承接，實用面積平均$8,581，較業主原叫價$550萬，最終減價$30萬成交，減幅5.5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2008年5月以$331萬購入單位，持貨17年帳面獲利$189萬，期間樓價上升57%。
