北角百福花園2房樓景戶減價$50萬至$520萬易主

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角百福花園百佳閣低層G室，單位實用面積約542平方呎，屬2房設計，望向東開揚樓景單位，新近獲買家以$520萬承接，實用面積平均呎價低見$9,594，較業主原叫價$570萬，最終減價$50萬成交，減幅近一成。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2002年6月以$150萬購入單位，由於當時成交屬內部轉讓價，價格不宜直接比較。
