北角百福花園中層2房$495萬易手 19年升值1.4倍

世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，該行最新促成北角百福花園二手成交，單位為百勝閣中層C室，實用面積約542平方呎，採2房設計，望西南樓景，新近以$495萬成交，折合實用呎價約$9,132，較業主原叫價$580萬減$85萬，減幅約14.7%。

據悉，原業主於2006年11月以約$202.4萬購入，持貨19年帳面獲利約$292.6萬，期間升值約1.4倍。
