北角海峯園3座高層3房戶買家以$1,120萬承接減幅12.5%

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，新近成交是北角港運城海峯園，物業3座高層G室，單位實用面積約787平方呎，屬3房連主人套房單位，望向西北開揚景單位，新近獲買家以$1,120萬承接，實用呎價達$14,232，原業主早前約$1,280萬放售，最終減價$160萬成交，減幅12.5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主於1996年10月物業入伙初期，以$666.4萬購入單位，持貨28年帳面升值$453.2萬，期間升值68%。
