北角海峯園2房減價$130萬至$858萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角福蔭街海峯園3座(南峰閣)中層E單位，單位實用面積約623平方呎，2房間隔單位，向南面眺望樓景為主，最終以$858萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$20,833，業主原叫價為$988萬，最終大幅減價$130萬成交，減幅約13%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位業主於1996年9月以$398萬購入上址單位，持貨28年帳面獲利$460萬，期間單位大幅升值1.1倍。
