世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新錄得北角繼園台富雅花園1座(金松閣)中層D室成交，單位實用面積約445平方呎，屬兩房間隔，向東北望樓景。單位原先開價$550萬，最終減價$50萬，以$500萬易手，減幅近10%，實用呎價約$11,236。

據悉，原業主於2004年7月以$144.5萬購入單位，持貨21年至今轉售，帳面獲利$355.5萬，期內升值近2.5倍。
