北角富澤花園3房獲買家以$790萬承接

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，新近成交是北角富澤花園富邦閣高層E室，單位實用面積約644平方呎，屬3房設計，望向東開揚景單位，新近獲買家以$790萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,267，原業主3個月前以$880萬放售，最終減價$90萬成交，減幅達一成。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於1997年2月以$460萬購入單位，持貨27年帳面升值$330萬，期間升值72%。
