北角富家閣頂層連天台特色戶$1,043萬成交

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角富家閣頂層單位，單位實用面積約601平方呎，並連有約400平方呎的天台，單位屬3房單位，向西北面眺望開揚樓景為主，原叫價$1,150萬，減價$107萬，成交價$1,043萬，實用面積平均呎價約$17,354。

據了解，原業主於屬公司名義持有，於2008年4月以$500萬購入單位，持貨14年帳面獲利$543萬，期間大幅升值近1.1倍。
