世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿聯席董事表示，最新錄得北角電器道城市花園一宗成交，單位為9座低層E室，實用面積約1,014平方呎，屬三房連主人套房間隔，向西北眺望維港煙花海景。原業主最初叫價$1,300萬，最終減價$62萬，以$1,238萬成交，減幅約4.8%，實用呎價約$12,209。

據悉，原業主於2003年1月以$425萬購入單位，持貨約23年，帳面獲利約$813萬，單位期內升值近2倍。
