北角和富中心3房減價$50萬至$850萬易主

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角和富中心14座中層D室，單位實用面積約733平方呎，屬3房設計，望向南開揚樓景單位，新近獲買家以$850萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$11,596，原業主早兩個月前$900萬放售，最終減價$50萬成交，減幅5.5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主於2013年9月以$808萬購入單位，持貨12年帳面僅僅升值$42萬，期間只升值5%，扣除轉售成本幾近平手離場。
