世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角和富道和富中心，物業11座中層B室，單位實用面積約1,308平方呎，單位屬三房連主人套房加工人房間隔，向北面開揚啟德維港全海景，成交價達$2,060萬，實用呎價約$15,749。業主原叫價$2,280萬，減價$220萬成交，減幅達10%。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主早於1998年3月以約$1,073萬價購入上址，持貨26年帳面升值$987萬，期間大幅升值近1倍。
