北角和富中心減價$122萬至$1,028萬成文實用呎價$12,446

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角和富中心12A座中高層B室，單位實用面積約826平方呎，3房連套房間隔，眺望西南園景為主，原業主放盤價為$1,150萬，最終減價$122萬至$1,028萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$12,446，減價約10.6%成交，屋苑中層同類型單位於今年年中成交價達$1,093萬，最新成交價較4個月前再跌價約5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2011年9月以$850萬購入上址，持貨13年帳面獲利$173萬，期間升值21%。
