北角半山雅景臺3房套連車位成交價$1,500萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角半山雲景道雅景臺低層E室，單位實用面積約1,035平方呎，3房連套房及工人房設計，連一車位，向北眺望部分維港海景，原業主原先放盤價為$1,640萬，最終減價$140萬至$1,500萬成交，減幅約8.5%，實用面積平均呎價達$14,493。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主早於2003年6月以$380萬低價購入上址，持貨22年帳面獲利$1,120萬，期間大幅升值近3倍。
