北角半山富麗園$1,068萬易主期間市值勁升約2.6倍

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角半山富麗園C座高層02室，單位實用面積約837平方呎，3房連套房設計，向南眺望翠綠山景，單位連一車位出售，原業主放盤價為$1,180萬，最終大幅減價$112萬至$1,068萬成交，實用面積平均呎價低見約$12,760。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2003年1月的沙士時期以$300萬低價購入上址，持貨21年帳面大幅獲利$768萬，期間市值勁升約2.6倍。
