北角半山富豪閣減價$180萬至$958萬沽

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角半山富豪閣3座中層B室，單位實用面積約723平方呎，3房間隔連1.5個洗手間單位，向北面望園景為主，成交價$958萬，實用面積平均呎價約$13,250，再創屋苑近年新低呎價。業主於3個月前原叫價$1,138萬，現減價$180萬，減幅達15.8%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2015年1月以約$920萬購入上址單位，持貨8年帳面獲利僅$38萬，期間單位升值4%，但扣除釐印費等成本，實質上需「平手離場」。
