北角健威花園2房獲買家以$533萬承接

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，新近成交是北角健威花園A座高層04室，單位實用面積約445平方呎，屬2房設計，望向北眺望部分海景單位，新近獲買家以$533萬承接，實用面積平均呎價達$11,978，原業主原叫價為$620萬，最終減價$87萬成交，減幅達14%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主業主早於2010年1月以$298萬購入單位，並於2019年以$818萬作內部轉讓，扣除有關內部轉讓成交，業主持貨15年帳面升值$235萬，期間大幅升值約79%。
