北角健威花園2房海景戶減價$55萬至$525萬成交

世紀21日昇地產-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角健威花園B座中層05室，單位實用面積約446平方呎，2房間隔單位，向北眺望部分海景為主，原業主放盤價為$580萬，最終減價$55萬至$525萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$11,771，減價9.5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2014年8月以$498萬購入上址，持貨11年帳面升值$27萬，期間市值僅僅升值5%，扣除轉售成本僅平手離場。
