北角健威花園連減五口價成交價$570萬

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角健威花園F座中層05室，單位實用面積約445平方呎，2房間隔單位，向北眺望樓景，原業主原先於今年7月放盤價為$630萬，連減五次價，最終減價$60萬至$570萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約$12,809。

蔡嘉駿補充，扣除內部轉讓，單位原業主於2011年1月以$360萬購入上址，持貨12年帳面升值$210萬，期間升幅達58%。
