美聯物業北角天后站分行首席高級營業經理盧浩表示，該行剛促成北角乘龍閣高層B室單位租賃成交，實用面積約為1,216呎，建築面積約為1,478呎，3房連套房間隔，原叫租$5.4萬，後減至$5.2萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$42.8，建築面積平均呎租$35.2。

據了解，業主於2004年4月以$880萬購入物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率約為7.1厘。
