北角丹拿花園3房成交價$868萬持貨12年帳面升值$188萬

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園2座低層H室，單位實用面積約654平方呎，3房間隔單位，向東面望樓景為主，成交價$868萬，實用面積平均呎價約$13,272。

據悉，單位業主早前原叫價$968萬，現減價$100萬，減幅達10.3%成交，業主早於2012年9月以$680萬購入單位，持貨12年帳面升值$188萬，期間升值幅度僅28%。
