北角丹拿花園3房成交價$865萬升幅1.8倍

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角丹拿花園4座高層H室，單位實用面積約674平方呎，3房間隔單位，向東北面望樓景為主，成交價$865萬，實用面積平均呎價約$12,834。

據悉，單位業主早前原叫價$980萬，現減價$115萬，減幅達11.7%成交，業主早於2006年6月以$396萬購入單位，持貨19年帳面升值$469萬，期間升值幅度達1.8倍。
