加州花園水仙徑單號屋$1328萬沽出期內升值13%

中原地產葡萄園及加州花園市務經理譚永康表示，近日整體交投氣氛有改善，加州花園本月暫錄約4宗成交，屋苑新近錄水仙徑單號屋，單位實用面積1372平方呎，建築面積2021平方呎，去年7月放盤時開價約$1650萬，今年初減至$1400萬，日前議價後以$1328萬沽出，累減約$322萬，實用面積平均呎價約$9679。

中原譚永康指，新買家為區內用家，感屋苑環境舒適，價錢吸引，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2015年以約$1175萬買入單位，持貨9年，現轉手賬面獲利$153萬離場，單位期內升值13%。
