共享工作空間IWG擴展承租大道東8號全幢

疫情下寫字樓錄大面積租務，共享工作空間IWG宣布承租太古地產旗下皇后大道東8號8QRE全幢18層寫字樓，涉及6.48萬方呎，並預計今年7月開幕。項目將提供超過900個辦公位置及70間私人辦公室，同時預留五層空間作企業專屬套間。

除了服務式辦公室，其中兩層更將改造成格局開揚的「商務俱樂部」，供會員作流動辦公和非正式會議之用。IWG香港及大灣區區域經理 Paul MacAndrew 表示，位於8QRE的新Spaces中心是品牌於香港的第七個據點，集團在過去一年以 Spaces及Signature品牌於香港加速擴展，為本地網絡增添16.32萬方呎樓面。

太古地產董事——辦公樓業務 Don Taylor則表示，IWG租用整幢8QRE，將為太古廣場租戶，以至廣大商業社區提供更多靈活工作空間。
