全幢只租不賣 買家誠意打動 恒隆1.6億沽東半山御峯複式戶呎價7萬

財政預算案公布前夕,豪宅市場迎來了一筆大額交易。恒隆地產旗下,位於港島東半山司徒拔道的豪宅御峯,最近售出47至48樓A室複式單位,實用面積為2,337平方呎,成交價格達到1.6228億元,每方呎價格高達69,439元。

恒隆地產發言人透露,御峯一直作收租用途,集團正對大廈進行全幢升級翻新,投資約7億元,計劃今年中完工。去年底減息周期開始,豪宅市場回暖,御峯接獲多名潛在買家洽購,是次交易的買家因極具誠意,出價理想,因此集團決定出售一伙。

恒隆地產表示,集團將繼續保留御峯作為長線收租的投資物業,並未計劃出售,但會視乎市況作安排。

御峰位於東半山司徒拔道41C號,由恒隆地產持有,全幢只租不賣。大廈僅得54伙,全部單位為複式設計,面積由3,254平方呎起,頂層2個單位面積達6,496平方呎,配20呎高大窗,甚有氣勢。
