全幢只租不賣買家誠意打動恒隆1.6億沽東半山御峯複式戶呎價7萬

財政預算案公布前夕，豪宅市場迎來了一筆大額交易。恒隆地產旗下，位於港島東半山司徒拔道的豪宅御峯，最近售出47至48樓A室複式單位，實用面積為2,337平方呎，成交價格達到1.6228億元，每方呎價格高達69,439元。

恒隆地產發言人透露，御峯一直作收租用途，集團正對大廈進行全幢升級翻新，投資約7億元，計劃今年中完工。去年底減息周期開始，豪宅市場回暖，御峯接獲多名潛在買家洽購，是次交易的買家因極具誠意，出價理想，因此集團決定出售一伙。

恒隆地產表示，集團將繼續保留御峯作為長線收租的投資物業，並未計劃出售，但會視乎市況作安排。

御峰位於東半山司徒拔道41C號，由恒隆地產持有，全幢只租不賣。大廈僅得54伙，全部單位為複式設計，面積由3,254平方呎起，頂層2個單位面積達6,496平方呎，配20呎高大窗，甚有氣勢。
