內地生教師同搶一盤！教師一炮過19.2萬奪日出康城！

暑假租務旺季即將來臨，部分屋苑的租賃個案逐漸增加，甚至出現「多客爭盤」的情況。近日，將軍澳日出康城首都的一個2房單位，因有3組租客搶租，最終由教師「一炮過」付全年租金$19.2萬成功租下。

美聯分行高級分區營業經理劉世華表示，將軍澳日出康城首都6座極高層RC室，面積約517平方呎，屬2房間隔。業主原以月租$1.68萬放租，近日獲得3組租客洽詢，包括專業人士和內地大專生，但業主最終心儀兩名學校教師，因其收入穩定，並且一次性繳付一年租金。經商議後，業主以優惠價每月$1.6萬租出，涉及全年租金$19.2萬，呎租約$30.9。
