美聯物業元朗 - 朗屏站分行助理區域經理表示，撤辣後換樓鍵持續啟動，該行錄得元朗Yoho Midtown本月第2宗4房成交，換樓客斥$1,436萬承接1,026實呎戶。

成交單位為元朗Yoho Midtown M7座高層C室，實用面積約1,026實呎，屬4房套連工人套間隔。單位早前以$1,488萬放售，獲區內換樓客洽購，鍾情屬鐵路沿線4房，故議價$52萬後以$1,436萬易手，實用呎價約$13,996，屬屋苑本月第2宗4房成交。

資料顯示，原業主2010年以$823萬購入單位，持貨14年，現轉手帳面賺$613萬，升幅約74%。
