美聯物業-徐君寶經理表示，剛促成的元朗Park Yoho為10B座中層D室，實用面積531平方呎，採2房設計。據悉，原業主以$550萬放盤後吸引租客洽詢，雙方議價後，以$530萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$9,981。新買家原為租客，見租金持續上漲，而上述單位樓價合適，故即睇即入市。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年12月以約$586.9萬購入單位，是次易手，原業主帳面虧損約$56.9萬，貶值近1成
