元朗錦繡花園單號屋$1,040萬沽出單位期內升值約154%

中原地產-劉喜燕經理表示，近期整體入市信心提升，交投氣氛持續向好，日前促成元朗錦繡花園F段9街單號屋成交，單位實用面積962平方呎，建築面積1300平方呎，叫價約$1,068萬，放盤約一個月時間，議價後以$1,040萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$10,811。

中原劉喜燕指，新買家為外區換樓客，鍾情獨立屋居住環境，見單位價錢合理，有大花園，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主則於2010年以$410萬買入單位，持貨約15年，是次易手賬面獲利約$630萬，單位期內升值約154%。
